Art Exhibitions

Friday 1st July - Friday 29th July

The Ground Floor Gallery sees the return of the Radlett Art Society, showing a variety of methods and styles, in pictures painted by the Thursday workshop group.
Peter Whitehead (Landscape Art and Images) (July)
Landscape Art and Images will be exhibiting for the first time at the Centre in the Apthorp Gallery, entitled Polar Regions. The Polar Regions contain some of the most remarkable landscapes and iconic wildlife on the planet yet climate change impacts at the poles have worldwide implications. This exhibition aims to illustrate the landscape and wildlife and raise awareness of the impacts of melting ice and its effects on the animals that live there. A donation will be made from any sales to the RSPB ‘Save the Albatross’ campaign.

Monday 1st August - Wednesday 31st August

In the Ground Floor Gallery, Ted and Trish French return with their collection of colour and black & white fine art photography, entitled Double Vision.
Upstairs in the Apthorp Gallery, Shahla Omer presents her first exhibition at the Radlett Centre; Everyday Emotions. The paintings visualise, relive and personalise everyday emotions that are rarely adequately articulated.
