THE RADLETT CENTRE COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES & PROCEDURES
The Radlett Centre COVID-19 Safety Measures & Procedures
Updated: 18th February 2022
We are now running a full programme of shows with full capacity audiences.
The Radlett Centre recommends the wearing of face coverings in crowded areas and therefore strongly encourages their continued use inside the building.
We will continue to provide hand sanitiser which our customers are encouraged to use.
The Radlett Centre Theatre will continue to monitor its operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure we create the safest environment possible for our customers and staff. We are closely adhering to the most up to date standards for safety & hygiene as set forth in the government’s official Covid-19 guidance for the Performing Arts Sector.
We recommend all theatregoers, unless exempt, wear a face covering inside the theatre and crowded foyer/bar areas.
Appropriate signage, regarding the wearing of face coverings, use of sanitiser and maintaining a sensible social distance, will remain in place to serve as a polite reminder to everyone.
We ask that all customers sanitize their hands with supplied Covid-approved 70% alcohol content hand gel upon entering and exiting the building as well as before and after using the bathrooms. We will continue to maintain regular cleaning regimes, using Covid approved products for disinfecting, in line with government guidelines.
The foyer will operate normally as a bar and waiting area.
Bar – Teatro
Teatro will return to normal bar operation before a show and during any interval.
If you are feeling unwell
For the safety of our staff and other patrons, if you are feeling unwell, please stay at home according to government guidelines. If you have been instructed to self-isolate then please do not attend.
If a Performance is Cancelled
The Radlett Centre will contact customers if a performance is cancelled. If time is limited then we may also use social media and our website to communicate so please do check before setting out.
Failure to adhere to Radlett Centre policies
In order to ensure the safety of all customers and staff The Radlett Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who refuses to adhere to our safety policies. This includes asking customers who have already entered the building to leave if our staff feel they are putting others at risk.
Message from The Radlett Centre team
